These terms govern your use of TradeX Markets, operated by TheDigitalGates. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
TradeX Markets ("TradeX", "we", "us") is a website operated by TheDigitalGates. By accessing or using the site, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
TradeX provides automated market analysis and alerts for crypto, gold, and forex, presented for informational and educational purposes. This includes market context, structure and volatility reads, session context, and turn alerts derived from our analysis engines.
3. Not financial advice
TradeX is not financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not provide buy or sell recommendations and make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or profit. Markets carry risk, and trading can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Any decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for it.
This section is consistent with our Financial Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. Accounts
When you create an account you agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or disable accounts that are used for abuse, fraud, or any breach of these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
A paid subscription is planned at $9 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis, and is launching soon. When paid access is available you will be able to cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Prices and plan details may change, and any change will be communicated before it applies to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the service;
- resell, redistribute, or republish alert data or engine output;
- attack, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the output of our analysis engines belong to TheDigitalGates and are protected by applicable law. You may use them for your own personal, informational purposes only, subject to these terms.
8. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, in which case we label it honestly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheDigitalGates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the service. The service is a source of market context, not a basis for guaranteed outcomes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
